1.What do the replacement chips do?
The replacement chip is required to fully "reset" the printer cartridges to "like new specifications". Cartridges have a toner chip that monitors how much toner is left in the cartridge, and gives you warnings when your toner is running low. For a complete and successful refill on these cartridges, the toner chip needs to be replaced. ( sales@toner-care.com )

2. What is smart chip or toner cartridge replacement chip (or can alled page counter chip)?
Smart chip are installed in some cartridges by OEM manufacturers to keep track of printer functions as well as to make life harder for recyclers and remanufacturers. Compatible chips are used by remanufacturers and they are available for almost every cartridge that uses chip. And they works as well as OEM chips. ( sales@toner-care.com )

3. How Do I know I want replacement chip in my cartridge?
Following information will help you decide which option to choose:
With Chip - You can track the number of pages printed. The printer will shows "toner low" and "toner out" message when it is time to install new cartridge.
Without Chip - You cannot keep track of pages printed using the cartridge. You do not see any alert messages such as "toner low" and "toner out". When you first install the cartridge your control panel will display "NON-HP cartridge detected." Push the large green "GO" button on the printer and the "Ready" message will display. You will only have to do this once for the life of the cartridge! Your printer will print and operate normally, but the "toner low" or "toner out" messages will not display. Reports from the printer's "home page" will not be available also. When vertical "white streaks" appear in your print your cartridge is running out of toner. Shake the cartridge as usual and continue using it until white streaks appear again. When this happens install a new cartridge. ( sales@toner-care.com )

5.When install a new compatible toner cartridge chip on my printer shows "Supply memory Error", what should I do?
Restore factory setting:
Try to press the green key of "Start" and the red key of "Cancel" at the same time, then turn on the power source, operate the action two times, finally change a new chip.

There is an error message in the memory of your printer. This circumstance is rare and particular: if you install our chip to another good printer it won't happen again. In one word, the root of the problem is the printer rather than the chip.

The root of the Problem:
The chip didn't touch well with the contact connection and the gap should face down.
The error message of the printer collided with the serial NO of our chip.
